COURSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To enrol on a Urban Styling course you must either pay in full or a non refundable deposit as stated.

Deposits and course payments are non refundable and non transferable

Failure to attend a confirmed course will result in the loss of any payments made for that course.

In the event of a genuine reason for cancellation before the course start date Urban Styling may issue a refund/transfer at their discretion (proof maybe required)

Whilst we allow monthly/weekly payments if you cease attending the course you will still be liable to pay the full course fees and Urban Styling will take action to recover outstanding fees.

Course fees must be up to date for eligibility to attend the session. If payments are not up to date you will be unable to attend until payment has been made.

Course attendance will need to be over 85% to gain certification.

Use of kits/products/models are as stated in the course details.

We cannot be held responsible for costs or loss of earnings due to course cancellations.

We regret no refunds will be given should you cancel your course.

In the event of Urban Styling cancelling a course we will offer an alternative date or issue a full refund.

All courses are subject to minimum attendance numbers.

In the event of high numbers Urban Styling will endeavour to offer an alternative date.
